Attendance and Re-Admit Process

To excuse an absence for either an entire day or part of a day requires a note from the parent/guardian, doctor or court. The note must be dated, specify the date(s) of absence(s), the reason for the absence, and be signed. The student must turn this note in on the day they return to school between 8:30 a.m. and the first bell at the Banker’s window.

Students must talk to teachers about missed assignments, and complete your make-up work.

Please send a note to school with your student when they return to school after an absence. The note must include:

  • Student’s complete name
  • Specific date(s) of absence (not yesterday or for the last two days)
  • Reason for absence(s)
