Jack Rabbit Cafe
The Jack Rabbit Cafe is owned and operated by the special day classes once a month. A delicious Mexican lunch is provided to staff and parents. This lunch is prepared under the direction of the special day class teachers and adult volunteers. Students receive vocational training in job skills associated with working in a restaurant.
